Investigation and Analysis on the Use of Food Additives in Food Service Links in Gansu Province

The use of food additives in catering service units in Gansu Province is not optimistic,the relevant laws,regulations and standards are not perfect,the overall quality of employees is not high,and the defects in the management system of food additives use need to be solved.In order to improve the use of food additives in the catering sector,it is necessary to take some measures to solve the existing problems..
