Bottleneck to the Development of Rural Pre-school Education

During recent years,our country has paid more and more attention to pre-school education,which is an important component of national education system.However,in rural areas,pre-school education is not very satisfactory.There are so many problems such as unreasonable distribution of kindergartens,backward education conditions,education with the mode of primary school,unstable teaching staff,low quality of teaching staff,and uncompleted management system,etc.These problems have become bottleneck to the development of rural pre-school education.We should take measures,such as making general plan,conducting reasonable distribution,perfecting fund security mechanism and management system,strengthening teaching staff,and so on,to help rural pre-school education over the bottleneck.
