Analysis and Thoughts on Cases of College Students' Learning Burnout and Accurate Help——Based on the Satya Treatment Model

The learning burnout of college and university students has become a pain point of talent training. Therefore,youth-related research has paid great attention to the intervention study of students' learning burnout. The Satir psychotherapy model derived from family therapy has a significant effect on improving individuals' learning burnout.An intervention treatment to college students with learning burnout is performed using the Satir psychotherapy, which improves the level of personal self-esteem, communication modes, and self-efficacy, and mobilizes positive emotions.In this way, students learning attitude changes, and their learning ability and motive power improve. Analysis of typical cases of assisting college students with learning burnout also provides insights into addressing the learning burnout issue.
