Research Progress Of Carriers With Epoxy Groups In Enzymes Immobilization

This article describes the research progress of carriers with epoxy groups in enzymes immobilization in recent years,including macroporous carriers with epoxy groups,non-macroporous carriers with epoxy groups and magnetic carriers with epoxy groups.The epoxy group content,pore structure and surface area of the macroporous carriers are key factors in determining enzyme immoblization,while cross-linking agent and porogens dominate the surface area and pore structure.Non-macroporous carrier has less resistance in enzyme immobilization,but it has less surface area and the protection of enzyme is weak,so its performance is poor.Magnetic carriers show excellent performance in separation and will be the key direction in future study.
