Dynamic Research on Foaming and Interface of Wood-plastic Composite Cushioning Material for Packaging

Based on the research development of wood-plastic composite(WPC) cushioning material for packaging both home and abroad,the foaming mechanism and process conditions of the material,as well as the methods of how to improve the interface compatibility of wood fiber/plastic were all analyzed.It was pointed out that the bubble quality control during the foaming nucleation stage,the proportion of the blowing agent compound,the selection on process condition and interface modification are the key issues in the research of WPC cushioning material for packaging.
