Antibacterial effect of the ethanol extract from Rabdosin serra(Maxim) Hara

LIANG Sheng-nian DUAN Zhi-fang FU Li (Department of Biology, Zhaoqing University, Zhaoqing, 526061)  
This paper studied the bacteriostasis of the total extract from Rabdosin serra (Maxim) Hara with ethanol. The results indicated that the extract with a certain concentration could inhibit the growth of bacteria, especially for Stapphy locacus aureus, but it shows no results antimicrobite of fungi.
