Study on storage quality of sack Japan Koreapear

This paper s tudied the comparative experiments of room temperature and lower temperature with Xins hiji pear and s hift period experiments of Xin' gao Huas han Ganquan Huangjin Qiuhuang and Yuanhuang pears were inves tigated.The res ults s howed that the Xins hiji pear period of bes t in quality was in7~10days in room temperature(18℃)and in45days in lower tempera ture(5℃).During the s hift period of12days,the hardnes s and texture of s ix va rieties was remarkable decline,color of fruit peel and fruit fles h was graduall y brown,but s olubility s olid was little change.Comprehens ive quality with Xin 'gao Yuanhuang pear of thes e two varieties was good.
