The peanut "Zhanqiu 48" and "Yueyou 5" were treated by 1mmol/L and 0.1mmol/L methyl jasmonate(MJ),accomparied with drought at early podding stage of peanut plants. Then Aspergillus flavus was inoculated after two weeks behind drought. The seeds were used to investigate the activities of exochitinase, endochitinase.the results showed MJ treatment increased endochitinase, exochitinase activities during seeds development of Arachis hypogaea L..High concentration MJ treatment is better than low concentration.
