Advanced Studies on Identification of Rare and Confusable Vegetable Herbs with DNA Molecular Genetic Markers

Counterfeit and sophistication mixed in rare and confusable vegetable herbs have commonly happened. They are difficult to be identified with ordinary method. The identification technology of DNA molecular genetic markers has the characteristics of small amount of test sample, little loss, accurate and sensitive identification results. In this paper, the research and application of DNA molecular genetic markers in the identification of rare and confusable material medica was summarized, such as Panax ginseng, Crocus sativus, Gastrodia elata, Angelica sinensis et al.
