Effects of Metal Irons of the Growth and Activity of Fermentation Products of No.24 Strain

Objective:In order to mensurate the effects of metal irons on the growth and bioactivity of fermentation products of No.24 strain.Methods: Take Bacillus subtills as object strain,different metal irons were added to No.24 strain medium,by means of agar diffusion,bioactivity of fermentation products was bioassayed.Results: Different metal irons have different effects on the growth of No.24.The results showed that Hg2+,Ag2+ and Pb2+had an intensive inhibition against the growth of Streptomyces spp.XiNong No.24.Au2+,Sr2+,Co2+had a degree inhibition against the strain,and its biomass was lower than ck.Mn2+,Ba2+,Zn2+,Cu2+ had no effects on it.Ca2+,Mg2+ can stimulate the growth of the strain and biomass was higher than ck at the concentration of 0.001mol/L,when adding to Co2+,Au2+and Sr2+,the fungicidal activity of its fermentation products was only 74.67%,55.10%,61.95%,respectively in comparision of the control.When adding 0.001mol/L Hg2+,Ag2+ and Pb2+ to the mediums,the strain could not synthesis the antibiotics.but Ca2+,Mg2+ could increase strongly the biomass of the fermentation products.When adding 0.001mol/L,0.002mol/L Mg2+ to the mediums,the fungicidal activity of fermentation products increased by 136.36%,154.55%.When adding Ca2+,it can increased by 122.73% and 145.45%.When adding 0.002mol/L Mg2+ and 0.003mol/L Ca2+,the results showed that the diameter of inhibition zone increased by 40mm,fungicidal activity and biomass increased by 181.82% and 162.18%,respectively.
