HAO Ai-ping1,YANG Li-zhou2,GUO Hui-yan1(1.Biology Department of Mudanjiang Normal College,Mudanjiang 157012,China;2.Environment Protection Agency of Mudanjiang City,Mudanjiang 157020,China)
Objective:The microbial community diversity of three artificial lake(Yueya Lake,Niujiao Lake,Nanhu Lake)of Mudanjiang urban district were stuied. Methods:The total bacterial DNA from the three water samples was extracted directly. The fragments of 16S rDNA were amplified by the Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)and subsequently analyzed by RFLP.Results:The samples got different bands because of the difference of microbial diversity in the three lakes. Conclusion:The microbial community diversity of Niujiao Lake was in the richest.
