Optimization of Cultural Conditions for Mixed Photosynthetic Bacteria

Optimized cultural conditions of mixed photosynthetic bacteria(Rhodopseudomonas palustris PL1,Rhodopseuelonmnas spheroids PL2)were evaluated.The results show that the optical cultural conditions mixed phothsynthetic bacteria include pH 7.5,inocula 6%,low oxygen concentration and vibration at 180 r/min for 10 min each day.
