Progress on Genetic Transformation of Grape Mediated by Agrobacterium

The advances in transgenic research by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation on grape were reviewed,and the factors affecting the gene transformation efficiency,including the genotypes,Agrobacterium strains,the concentrations and times of infection,co-cultivation conditions and antibiotics.Some existed problem and researching trend were further pointed.
