The Difficulties in the Isolation of RNA from Plant Tissues and their Resolving Strategies

Phenolic compounds, polysacchrides, proteins and unidentified secondary metabolites are four main factors interfering the isolation of RNA from plant tissues. We described here that their interference, phenomena and methods for eliminating them.
