Multivariate Hydrological Analysis and Estimation

This paper introduced multivariate hydrological analysis and estimation methods and the existent problems.The basic theory and methodology of copula function was introduced systematically,and its applicability and superiority in multivariate hydrological analysis and estimation were explored.The key technology for applying copula function,such as parameter estimation,goodness of fit and copula function selection,were summarized.Finally,the perspective of applying copula function in multivariate analysis was prospected.
