Macro-field analysis of 7085 aluminum alloy thick plate during hot rolling process

Based on the 7085aluminum alloy flow stress constitutive equation,the finite element modelling and simulation of the multi-pass hot rolling process of 7085plate was conducted by MARC software to analyze the temperature field,stress-strain field distribution and variation of hot strip rolling process.The rolling forces of entire rolling process were compared between the simulation results and the analysis ones by the classic hot deformation resistance model to verify the reliability of 7085aluminum alloy thick plate hot rolling predictions on macroscopic field,which provides the necessary theoretical reference for the process monitoring and the optimization of the processing parameters.
