On Improving the Supervison System of Corporate Governance in China

ZHANG Yuan-jie(Shanxi Agricultural University, Taigu 030801,China)  
Now in the corporate governance in China there are two kinds of supervison systems. The first is supervison board, the second is independent director system. The shortcoming is very obvious when the two kinds of systems exist at the same time. In order to improve the supervison system of corporate governance in China and make the independent director or supervisor have an effect, the new “Company Law” should empower the corporation to choose freely between single-system and double-system.
