The Nutritional Value of Raspberries and Their Use

This paper reviews the nutritional value of raspberries and its antibacterial,antioxidant,anticancer,reducing blood fat,and other functions,raspberry products and kinds of the status quo,for the tree blackberry research and provides some references for the development and utilization of resources,promote the development of raspberry industry in China.
