Optimal analysis of reinforcement parameter for FRP-confined reinforced concrete columns under axial loads

Optimial ansysis of reinforcement parameter for the behaviors of the fiber reinforced polymer-strenthening reinforced concrete columns under axial loads is studied by using the large general structural analysis software ANSYS in the paper. The computing results are compared with test ones .The former can simulate the behaviors of the columns and optimize reinforcement space and optimize reinforcement layer with proper numerical model. The results indicate that the precision of model is high which provides a new method and approach to simulate the mechanic capability of reinforced concrete and structure optimize design.
