Influence of immobilized enzyme in the mesoporous material

Mesoporous materials can be applied in the separation of biopolymers and immobilization enzymes for regular structure,uniform pore size,a high specific surface area and so on.The enzyme immobilization depends on pore diameter,surface characteristics and shapes of mesoporous silica as well as the solution pH.We review influence of enzyme immobilization in the mesoporous material and predict the further developing of enzyme immobilization in modified materials.
