Optimum on acid-extraction technology of pectin in Stauntonia latifolia pericarp by response surface methodology

With Stauntonia latifolia as experimental raw material,extraction technology of pectin in Stauntonia latifolia pericarp was studied. Influence of p H,extraction time and extraction temperature on extraction ratio of pectin were investigated by response surface methodology. Experimental results show that the best process condition of extraction ratio of pectin is 7. 11% at p H = 1 and 91 ℃,extraction 156 min.
