Studies on Yield-related Traits Based of RIL Population in Maize

LIU Xiao-hong(College of Life Science,China West Normal University,Nanchong 637009,China)
Maize(Zea mays L)inbred lines Mo17,Huangzao 4 and the F9 RIL(recombinant inbred line) population derived from the cross between Mo17 and Huangzao4 were investigated on their four yield-related traits, including 100-kernel weight, test weight, spike grain weight and grain yield rate.According to the investigated data of the RIL population, the four traits were analyzed on their descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and frequency distribution with SPSS 11.5 software. These results provided there existed difference among the four traits, two traits of the test weight and spike weight showed successive variation and the variation between the other two traits of 100-kernel and grain yield rate didn’t successive.
