Efficiency Comparative Experiment of Apple Branch Ring Rot Control

Using Chinese herbal medicine bactericides prepared by Institute of Farming Products Processing,Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and 0.5% matrine liquid,thiophanate methyl 70% WP,25% propiconazole EC,and 95% alcohol,field copmarsion of control effects on apple branch ring rot was conducted.The results showed that the control effect of Chinese herbal medicine and 0.5% matrine 500 times liquid on the tree branches ring rot,was as high as 100%,which was significantly superior to the effec to 95% alcohol,and similar to those of traditional fungicides thiophanate methyl 70% WP and 25% propiconazole EC.
