The Current Situation of Water Resource and the Tactics of Developing Saving-water Agriculture in Shanxi

Water is the source of life which is limited and unsubstitutive, and is the basis of natural substance during sustainable agriculture development. The shortage of water resource restricts the sustainable development of agriculture in Shan Xi, In order to alleviate this problem of the water resource shortage and develop sustainable Agriculture, this article analyzes the reasons of water resource shortage according to the current situation of water resource in Shan Xi, and puts forward the economical and reasonable tactics of developing and utilizing water resource.
