Perioperative management of aged patients with rectal cancer combined cardiovascular diseases

Objective:To explore the perioperative management of 107 aged patients combined cardiovascular diseases with rectal cancer.Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 107 cases over 70 years old of rectal cancer combined cardiovascular diseases.Results:Postoperative complication cccured in 86 cases:stage 3 hypertension(3 cases),congestive heart failure(1 case),angina pectoris(1 case),cardiac arrhythmia(57 cases),wound dehiscence(1 case),anastomitic leakage(6 cases),stoma hemorrhoea(4 cases),pneumonia(6 cases),stress ulcer(3 cases),renal insufficion(2 cases),no dead case.Conclusion:The cardiovascular disease increase the risk of surical procedures of aged patients with rectal cancer,but perioperative mangement of the cardiovascular disease can increase the success rate of operation and decrease the operative mortality and incidence of complication.
