Research development of RNA interference technology in the treatment of gastric cancer

RNA interference( RNAi) mainly by double- stranded RNA and targeted gene silence after inhibition of transcription,small molecular RNA interference,it is the key of RNA interference control. Because of RNAi gene silencing efficiency,specificity,in the treatment of gastric cancer,can obviously affect the biological characteristics of gastric cancer cell,so this technology has been widely applied in the genes associated gastric cancer,protein,pathways and enzymes,provides a new way for the treatment of gastric cancer.
