PREDICTION AND CONTROL MODELS OF PRODUCTION STRUCTURE BASED ON A KIND OF TIME-VARYING SINGULAR SYSTEM

This paper establishes a prediction model of ecnomic growth and dynamic production structure, obtains an equivalent condition of uniform development of dynamic production structure, so as to solve the production adjustion problem with optimal control.
