The Impacts of HRM Horizontal Fit on Organizational Commitment

This paper first reviews the latest research results of HRM horizontal fit and organizational commitment,then analyzes that how does HRM horizontal fit impact on organizational commitment from the structure and the whole dimension,and on this basis,points out some difficulties in the current studies and puts forward the research direction in the future.
