Overall design of test system of submersible pump

The elementary principle and electric circuit design of large scale B grade submersible pump test system were given.The system has high grade,double frequency and large power.Using low voltage vacuum circuit breaker and air circuit breaker,the low voltage electric circuit having the functions of frequently setting up and on and protecting was designed.The measurement precision of the measuring system composed of multi-grade current transformer and voltage transformer can satisfy the demand for B grade electricity,which simplied the design of high-voltage cabinet.The power source of 60 Hz composed of the universal frequency converter and special sinusoidal electric wave filter and reactor may be used in submersible pump test within a certain range.The flow divider having five-flow rate can satisfy the demand for performance experiments of multi-grade flow.The system has been used for three years.The accuracy of B grade submersible pumps coincides with the testing standard.
