Research on Refined Oil Logistics Scheduling Method Based on Dynamic Programming Model

In order to improve the logistics scheduling capability for refined oil in the intensified market competition, a method of refined oil logistics scheduling based on dynamic programming model is proposed to increase economic benefits for refineries by raising logistics efficiency and cutting logistics cost. The basic idea of refined oil logistics and transportation scheduling is analyzed, and the comprehensive system of refined oil logistics and transportation scheduling is constructed. The statistical analysis and sampling of refined oil logistics and transportation scheduling are carried out by adopting the adaptive dynamic programming method, from which the characteristic quantities of association rules that can reflect the level of refined oil logistics and transportation scheduling are extracted. Big data information fusion method is used to optimize and control the dynamic planning and transportation mode of refined oil logistics and transportation scheduling, the spatial dynamic planning model of refined oil logistics and transportation scheduling is established, and the optimization design of refined oil logistics and transportation scheduling model is realized by combining pattern recognition and path optimization method. The simulation results show that this method has a good adaptability for refined oil logistics and transportation scheduling, which can improve the efficiency and throughput of refined oil logistics, providing strong guarantee for expanding market share and economic benefits.
