Digital signal processing techniques in design of intelligent electronic stripe scale

This paper presents some basic working principle of the intelligent electronic stripe scale and several digital signal processing technigues applied in the design of it. By using techniques of digital filter, temperature drift offset and non-linear correction, the measurement accuracy and control quality are improved greatly. After digital signal processing, system error is 0.03%, which is less than 0.05%, meets the requirement of design.
