Simulation training system of scanning probe microscope based on virtual reality

This paper expounsthe concept and the knowledge about Virture Readlity,then system structure of simulation training system of scanning probe microscope based on Virture Readlity and functional model partition are proposed.In order to overcome the limitation of Jave 3D which can only accomplish the regular geometry shape, a solving process for modelling of complex curved surface is put forward.After through testing, the effect is satistied.
