Combined RIV and acoustic detection for transformer partial discharge

To improve the location error and low sensitivity of supersonic-supersonic detection for transformer partial discharge,the combined RIV and acoustic detection was introduced.Through clarifying the reason for the error to produce in supersonic-supersonic detection,the relevant improvement measure was proposed.The RIV and supersonic signals were simultaneously applied to judge the occurrence of partial discharge and locate the position of discharge source.The combined RIV and acoustic detection can enhance the performance of detecting system,and has the advantages of good sensitivity and easy location.In addition,the combined detection can improve the ability of anti-noise and simplify the location.It can also realize on-line detection and location,and has better actual application value.
