Determination of Gallium, Molybdenum and Wolfram in Gallium Ores by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry With Alkali Fusion

Using sodium hydroxide-sodium peroxide as a flux,gallium ore sample was pretreated. Gallium, molybdenum and wolfram in the gallium ore were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. The results show that correlation coefficient of the method is between 0.999 2~0.999 7, RSD% is lower than 1.94%, recoveries are between 97.7% ~ 104.3%. This method has a wide linear range, low detection limit, high accuracy and precision, so it can be used to determine gallium,molybdenum and wolfram in gallium ores.
