Effect of Activation Treatments of the Spawn after Preserved in Liquid Nitrogen on the Yield of Agaricus bisporus

Liquid nitrogen preservation and 4℃ refrigerator preservation method were adopted to preserve Agaricus bisporus spawn,and the activation treatment was carried out on the spawn after preserved in liquid nitrogen.The effect of the different treatments on the yield of A.bisporus was compared through cultivation test.The results showed that the yield of A.bisporus with spawn after preserved in liquid nitrogen was higher than that of 4℃ refrigerator preservation,especially the spawn which was activated after preserved with liquid nitrogen.
