The completion technology and tool for open-hole preferential staged fracturing of the horizontal well

To improve the gas production as much as possible in low-pressure and low-permeability reservoirs of Sulige Gasfield,the research and application of the open-hole preferential staged fracturing technology of the horizontal well was conducted.Due to different completion methods and the limits of wellbore trajectory curve and borehole dimensions,there is a remarkable difference in preferential fracturing completion string between open-hole horizontal well,straight hole and casing cementing horizontal well.Therefore,it is introduced that tubing is used as completion and fracturing string to run into the long horizontal open-hole interval,with no need of operations such as running casing,cementing and perforation,thus achieving the preferential staged fracturing technology of open-hole horizontal interval.The string structure,technological principle,supporting tools of the technology and its field application are introduced in detail.The research and field application showed that compared with fracturing production growth technologies used in other low-permeability gas reservoirs,this technology had a better effect of oil exploitation with low cost.
