Program Realization for Integrated Information in Architectural and Structural Design Field

This paper aims to study the integrated information technology for collaboration between architectural domain and structural domain.In the research,the IFC spatial structure and PKPM structural model are analyzed from the method view of program realization.In the environment of mixed program languages of VC++ and FORTRAN,an information integration system between IFC architectural model and PKPM structural model is developed through creating IFC-compliant classes and entities in the paper.This software system can achieve information exchange and sharing such as geometrical information,material information,and connection attribute information of structural elements in the architectural and structural design field,and meanwhile,it also provides some technical references for collaboration between different disciplines in the construction loop.
