Long-Span Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge Beam Crack Closure Construction Risk Analysis and Preventive Measures

The beam bottom crack risk analysis of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge closure construction is conducted to formulate the corresponding risk counter measures to ensure construction safety.Combined with the northern bridge as an example,using finite element analysis software ANSYS on long-span continuous rigid frame bridge construction for closed space structure displacement,stress analysis,be made of steel beam caused by collapsing force generating beam crack reason.The northern bridge closed directed at steel beam caused by collapsing force generating beam bottom crack situation,analysis of main girder transverse displacement maximum value for the 0.43 mm;the maximum compressive stress for 3.88 MPa.Get closed during the construction of the displacement and stress of large deviation results.During long-span continuous rigid frame bridge closure process,steel beam caused by the collapse of structures under force security risks,construction requires the corresponding prevention measures.
