AROMATIZATION OF FCC NAPHTHA FRACTION OVER Zn-P/HZSM-5 CATALYST

The process conditions on aromatization reaction performance of laboratory prepared Zn-P/HZSM-5 and Zn/HZSM-5 catalysts were investigated on a small-scale fixed bed reactor using FCC 75 -120℃ naphtha as feedstock. The weight contents of ZnO and P2O5 were 2% and 5% respectively. The experimental results showed that Zn-P/HZSM-5 catalyst possessed higher activity stability and aromatics selectivity than those of Zn/HZSM-5. Over Zn-P/HZSM-5 catalyst, under a temperature of 430℃, a liquid hourly space velocity of 1. Oh-1 and a pressure of 0. 1MPa, the conversion of olefins and alkanes were 97. 17% and 67. 91% respectively. The contents of olefins, aromatics and iso-paraffins in the liquid product were 3. 28% , 74. 09% and 20. 59% respectively.
