Analysis of Genetic Diversity and Genetic Structure about Rice Materials from Cold Region

Genetic diversity and genetic structure are analyzed about japonica rice materials form cold region by SSR. 36 rice varieties are analyzed by using a set of 48 SSR molecular markers located on 12 link groups. The results indicated that total 27 of 48 SSR primers performed polymorphism, which accounts for 56% of total primers. The average number of alleles was 2.4.The average genetic diversity index(He) was 0.307, the range was 0.662-0.050. The average polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.263, the range is 0.588-0.053, the average, shannon′s index was 0.514,the range is 0.127-1.168. Genetic similarity coefficient between the varieties tested between 0.38-1.00, with an average of 0.77. The genetic similarity coefficient in 0.71-0.86 accounted for 68.4% of overall, less than 0.71 accounted for 19%, exceeding 0.86 accounted for 12.5%. The analysis of the genetic structure indicated that 36 rice materials were divided into five groups, the He range was 0.7642(group Ⅰand group Ⅳ)-0.9303(group Ⅲ and group Ⅴ), the genetic distance range was 0.0719(groupⅢ and group Ⅴ)-0.269(groupⅠand group group Ⅳ). Five groups were divided into 3 categories, from the clustering figure, groupsⅢ and Ⅴ and Ⅱ were gathered for a group, group Ⅲ and group Ⅴ were gathered for a class first, groupⅠ and Ⅳ were respectably. The same unit varieties had close genetic relationship by overall analysis. The breeders are adviced to choose parent materials from other units or regions in the future.
