Clinical Analysis of Perioperative Management of 120 Elderly Gynecological Patients

Objective To study the possibility of gynecologic surgery in the elderly woman.Methods The perioperative data of 120 aged patients with gynecologic surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results The data showed that senile women were easy to suffer from hypertension,and diabetes mellitus.The common gynecologic surgery indications for elder women were prolapse of uterus(35.0%),gynecologic malignant tumor(31.7%) and benign tumor(33.3%).The urinary infection,pulmonary infection and wound split were common after operation.Conclusion The full preparation before operation,suitable anesthesia and operation management,and careful monitoring during and after operation will help the senile women pass safely through the perioperative.
