Construction and Exploration on Opening Electronic and Electrical Laboratory

Practice teaching is an important way to cultivate innovative talents. Thus,it must be strengthened in the higher education. The reform and innovation of practice teaching pattern and promotion of teaching quality are important initiatives to cultivate students' innovation consciousness and innovative ability. Aiming at the existing problems in the previous practice teaching,a series of construction and exploration in the opening electronic and electrical teaching laboratory are carried out. The paper describes the main construction content and a series of measures of the laboratory.Under the open,independent educational theory,the operation mode of the opening teaching laboratory where the students work with electronic and electrical practice activities independently is introduced. All the students here can actualize their design and practice activities by themselves,while the teachers and lab technicians could offer the guide in the whole stage if necessary. Through this way,the independent ability and innovation consciousness have been a good improvement. And the open laboratory provides a broad stage for developing students' practical ability.
