Constructing Open Laboratory to Train Students' Creativity

The university laboratory is an important base for experiment teaching,creative ability cultivation and comprehensive quality enhancement for university students. To establishing open labs can provide a loose environment for students' independent leaning and designing. This paper discusses the open lab essentiality,the management of open labs,the configuration of the instruments,the content of the experiments,the teaching form of soil science by taking Laboratory of Ecology and Environmental Science,Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as an example. It also points out that the open lab plays an important role in training the agronomy students' creativities. Lab management,configuration of the instruments,content of the experiments,creative ability cultivation and teaching gradation are organically unified. The use of access control system and student self-management are highlighted to achieve Laboratory assisted management.
