Overtraining Mechanism and Its Diagnosis and Evaluation

Overtraining refers to excessive training,which is unnecessarily high in intensity or duration or both.Overtraining does not result in improved performance or conditioning;Rather,it can lead to decreased performance and fatigue.The article reviews the overtraining concept,categorization and OST diagnostic method during the rest,as well as diagnosis means during the exercise process.Besides,their development tendency of investigation,theory base and practice instruction of OST prevention and cure in the movement trainings are proposed.
