Effects of Altitude Training on Speed Skaters

By testing and analyzing the vital capacity,gas metabolism,energy metabolism,activated quota of enzyme as well as blood lactic acid of the athletes of national speed skating training team and Ice Base of PLA,the paper tends to study the changing rule of energy metabolism and the biological effects under the conditions of altitude training for the purpose of providing a theory to the altitude training and competition.Results show that the energy metabolism is active after the altitude training;the testing value is greatly different before and after the training,while the activated quota of enzyme is changing slightly;altitude training can be an effective method to improve the competitive ability of speed skating athletes.However,the training plan should be reasonably arranged according to the difference of individuality.
