Electrolytic simulation experiment of fractured horizontal well

An electrolytic simulation experiment was designed according to the water and electricity resembling principle.The equipressure contour distribution and the effects of fracture parameters on the productivity of the fractured horizontal well were experimentally studied under the conditions of single well and well pattern respectively.The experiment results show that the fractured horizontal well has limit productivity.The optimum fracture numbers were affected by length of horizontal section,length of fractures and the natures of wells and changeable in the different well patterns.The comparisons of equipressure contours in different well configuration indicate that the fractured horizontal well is superior to the common horizontal well in extending the control area.
