Acupuncture Combined with the Dialectic of Nursing Care of Patients with Post-stroke Depression Intervention Study

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine dialectical nursing care of stroke patients with depression the effectiveness of intervention.Methods 60 cases of hospital patients with post-stroke depression,were randomly divided into observation group and 30 cases of control group to observe the group treated with acupuncture,and in accordance with the dialectical care given corresponding typing.Control group given acupuncture treatment,and provide routine care.4 weeks for a course of treatment,observation of two groups of patients after treatment HAMD score and Fugl-Meyer motor function score,modified Barthel Index score.Results The results of the observation group improved after treatment Bathel index score,Fugl-Meyer motor function score higher,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01);Observer Group HAMD score after treatment than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture dialectical combination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of patients with post-stroke depression can be an effective nursing intervention to improve the quality of life of patients.
