Objective To observe the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium in treating hypertension patients merged with coronary heart disease,to investigate the impact on immune function. Methods A total of 156 hypertension patients merged with coronary heart disease were selected in Rehabilitation Hospital of Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau from July 2015 to June 2016,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, each of 78 cases. Based on conventional treatment, patients of control group received amlodipine, and patients of observation group received amlodipine combined with atorvastatin; both groups continuously treated for 6 months. Clinical effect, blood pressure( including SBP and DBP),blood lipids index( including TG,TG,LDL-C and HDLC) and immunoglobulins( including IgA,IgG and IgM) before and after treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group( P 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of SBP,DBP,TG,TG,LDL-C or HDL-C was found between the two groups before treatment( P 0. 05); after treatment, SBP, DBP, TG, TG and LDL-C of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group, while HDL-C of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group( P 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of IgA,IgG or IgM was found between the two groups before treatment( P 0. 05),while IgA,IgG and IgM of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group( P 0. 05) after treatment. Incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium has certain clinical effect in treating hypertension patients merged with coronary heart disease, can effectively reduce the blood pressure, adjust the blood lipid metabolism and immunologic function, and is relatively safe.
