Impact of Ticagrelor on Infarction-related Artery Blood Flow and Prognosis in Postoperative Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients Treated by PCI

WANG Xue-qiao;Department of Cardiology,the Central People's Hospital of Ji'an;
Objective To investigate the impact of ticagrelor on infarction-related artery blood flow and prognosis in postoperative acute coronary syndrome( ACS) patients treated by PCI. Methods A total of 150 patients with ACS were selected in the Central People's Hospital of Ji' an from March 2015 to April 2016,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 75 cases. Based on conventional treatment,patients of control group received clopidogrel before and after PCI,while patients of observation group received ticagrelor before and after PCI; both groups continuously 1 year at least. Thrombolysis in myocardial infarction( TIMI) blood flow grade of infarction-related artery before and after PCI,LVEF before PCI,after 1 week and 1 month of PCI,incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and complications during the 12-month follow up were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences of TIMI blood flow grade of infarction-related artery was found between the two groups before( P 0. 05), while there was statistically significant differences of TIMI blood flow grade of infarction-related artery between the two groups after PCI( P 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of LVEF was found between the two groups before PCI( P 0. 05),while LVEF of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group after 1 week and 1 month of PCI, respectively( P 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of incidence adverse cardiovascular events,cerebral infarction or thrombocytopenia was found between the two groups during the 12-month follow-up( P 0. 05). Conclusion Ticagrelor can effectively improve the blood perfusion of infarction-related artery,cardiac function and prognosis in patients with ACS,and is relatively safe.
