Objective To explore the clinical, radiological and histopathological features of primary lymphoma of bone(PLB). Methods Clinical data and image findings were reviewed, and histopathological and immunohistochemical changes were observed in 30 cases of PLB. Results These 30 cases were diffuse non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL), all of them exhibited bone pain associated with radiologic appearance of lytic lesions, with a few cases presented sclerosis and cystic lesion; there were low clinical and pathological diagnosis consistency. Immunohistochemical examination revealed 21 cases of B-cell and 9 T-cell type lymphomas. Conclusion PLB is easy to be misdiagnosed only by clinical manifestation and X-ray. Confirmed diagnosis must depend on histopathological examination integrate with immunohistochemical one to distinguish types.
